WHAT IS BROW LIFT?

It is performed with a few centimeters of incision made through the scalp in the temple area. From the temple area, the eyebrow area is reached by classical surgery or endoscopic method, and the tissues under the eyebrow are hung on the muscles in the temple area with surgical threads. If upper eyelid surgery is performed together, eyebrow lifting can be performed by reaching the eyebrow from the incision made in the upper eyelid without making an incision in the temple area. Since the incision made through the scalp is hidden by the hair, there are no surgical scar problems.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNIQUES USED IN BROW LIFT SURGERY?

It can be easily applied in 30 minutes in the doctor's clinic without the need for an operating room. Before the procedure, the forehead area is anaesthetized with local anesthesia.

Melting organic PDO threads specially produced for eyebrow lifting are placed under the skin, and the skin and eyebrows are lifted up by means of these threads.

At the end of the procedure, the results can be seen immediately. No pain is felt during the application, no incision and bandages are required, social life is not interrupted.

POST-PROCEDURE RECOVERY PROCESS

The surgery can be performed with general anesthesia or sedation. There is swelling, bruising and tenderness in the surgical area and around the eye for 1 week. Although the eyebrows are permanently hung upwards with surgical threads, it should be known that one day the eyebrows may fall again due to aging and gravity.
